Finley C. Keller having applied to me for a LICENSE for the Marriage of
Finley C. Keller of Caldwell Co., NC aged 22 years; color white; the son 
of Milas Keller and Mary Keller the father now living, the mother living,
resident of Caldwell Co., NC
And
Rose L. Mayberry of Caldwell Co., NC, aged 18 years, color white, daughter
of unknown and Sis Keller the father-----, the mother living, resident of
Caldwell Co., NC

Finley C. Keller, being duly sworn says: That the parties applying for
License are of lawful age, and that so far as he is informed and believes,
there is no lawful cause or impediment forbidding said marriage.
