    Abstract of Peter Poyner's will dated 6 Jul 1710 and probated 12 Apr 1715 (before Jo. Wicker) "Sick & Weake of Body" names wife Elizabeth Poyner - plantation where I now live during her widowhood, with reversion by my son Peter. Son Peter - land on north side of the creek. Son Joseph - already received land on south side of the creek. Son Peter - land joining Simonds, Long Ridge, Tarkill, Martens Creek. Sons Robert &: Williams - land. Daughter Elizabeth - bed. Daughter Margtt - bed. Sons Thomas & James - cow & calf. Sons Robt. & William - heifer, when they are age 16, Samll. Barber - calf.
